Dr. Steve Swartz, Founding President

Dr. Steve Swartz has served as a teaching pastor for three decades, is currently the teaching pastor of Grace Bible Church of Bakersfield, California, and is the author of 15 books, including an upcoming comprehensive theology of premillennialism. His passion for understanding the Bible's teaching on future things began as a child and has continued into his vocational ministry.  His vision to found and lead Revelation20 as the vehicle to build a world-class destination (The Millennium Journey) to expose people to premillennial beliefs began in 2022 and has slowly taken shape into what is now a growing campaign to see The Millennium Journey become a reality. Dr. Swartz serves as the president of Revelation20 and provides visionary leadership to this project alongside a committed board of directors and staff. He and his wife, Sylvia, have four adult children and three grandchildren. 

Sylvia Swartz, Director of Patron Engagement

Sylvia brings decades of commitment to gospel ministry alongside her husband combining a Master of Education with 26 years of home educating her four grown children, 30 years of experience in children’s ministry, and the joyful investment she now makes as a devoted “Mimi” to her 3 grandchildren. As Director of Patron Engagement, she now extends that same investment to donors, offering a personal touch that reflects her enthusiasm for service to Christ and the advance of the message of the coming kingdom.

Aaron Kolb, Vice President of Strategic Development

Aaron Kolb works as a Claims Team Manager with State Farm Insurance, directing a team of claims professionals handling residential and commercial property claims. He manages and develops a high performing team, driving operational efficiency and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

As Vice President of Strategic Development at Revelation20, he leads the organization’s capital campaign efforts by driving strategic events and cultivating strong, mission-aligned partner relationships.

Jay Street, Director of Theological Advisory and Content Creation Team

Jay Street currently works for The Master's University and Seminary as an admissions and student data specialist. Jay also teaches a couple of online courses at the school and serves at Grace Bible Church in Bakersfield as the primary teacher/coordinator for Bible Training Institute, as well as serving as an elder.

For Revelation20 he leads a future theological advisory team to create the actual verbiage and content of The Millennium Journey as well as oversee theological consistency.

Mike Swartz, CPA, Director of Financial

Mike Swartz, CPA, is a co-founder and tax specialist at Haven Tax & Advisory, with experience in tax compliance, planning, and accounting services. He leads the firm’s tax return preparation and bookkeeping functions, and brings deep expertise in partnership, S corporation, and individual taxation.

With Revelation 20 Mike will oversee and assist with all things financial, including leading/training in bookkeeping and donation management.

Logan and Rebecca Street, Material Publishing Liaison

Logan, with 24 years of teaching experience, currently teaches high school Geometry and serves as a Professional Learning Team Leader. He is also a deacon overseeing Guest Care and the Steadfast Bible Conference at Grace Bible Church of Bakersfield and the founder of Four Sparrows Publishing Company, where he manages author relations and finances.

Rebecca, married to her husband Logan for 21 years, is the mother of four and has been homeschooling them for 15 years. She serves as Project Manager for Publishing at Grace Bible Church and Editorial and Production Manager for Four Sparrows Publishing.

As Material Publishing Liaison, we lead and consult for any publishing efforts, beginning with the forthcoming book, Millennium: A Theological Compendium, by Steve Swartz.

Grant Olewiler, Board Member

Grant has served in various leadership roles at multiple churches over the past 40 years, serving as the Chairman Elder of Grace Bible Church of Bakersfield since 2014. He has been an instructor for Grace Advance Academy and has served on The Masters Academy International (TMAI) Advanced Leadership Team for over 10 years. He holds a Christian Ministry degree from The Masters University in Santa Clarita. 

He operated an appliance manufacturing/sales company in California for almost 50 years, serving as the President for over 33 years. This included tremendous sales growth, planning and oversight of a new 72,000 sq ft. manufacturing facility and being the spokesman educator of his industry. He and his wife Cathy have the joy of watching their 6 children and 13 grandchildren grow up with a love for the Lord, His Word, missions and His imminent return. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Revelation 20.
